Payment Policy

Last updated: August 2026

1. Overview

NOTIPICATION offers a free plan and paid subscription plans that remove ads and unlock WhatsApp notification credits. This page explains how billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds work.

2. How Payments Are Processed

All paid plans are sold and processed through Google Play Billing. We never see or store your card number, UPI ID, or bank details — Google processes the payment and tells us only whether your subscription is active and when it expires.

Because these are Google Play purchases, Google Play's own terms, billing rules, and refund policies apply to them.

3. Plans & Pricing

Paid plans are offered as Monthly or Yearly subscriptions. The exact price for your country and currency is shown by Google Play on the purchase screen before you confirm — that price, not any figure shown elsewhere, is what you will be charged.

Paid access is granted as soon as Google confirms the purchase, usually within a few seconds.

4. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Google charges the payment method on your Google account, and you can see the next renewal date in the app's profile screen and in the Play Store.

If a renewal payment fails, Google retries it during a grace period. Your paid features stay active during that grace period. If the payment still cannot be taken, the subscription moves to hold and paid features stop until the payment succeeds.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the Play Store: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or through the "Manage subscription" button in the app.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end your current period — you keep paid access until the date you have already paid through, and only then does the account return to the Free plan.

6. Refunds

Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google under Google Play's refund policy, and you request them through the Play Store rather than from us. Google's own refund window applies to these purchases.

Separately from Google's policy, if you were charged but your account was not upgraded because of a technical fault on our side, contact us with your Google Play order ID and we will fix it — either by granting the access you paid for or by helping you obtain a refund.

7. Changing Plans

You can switch between Monthly and Yearly at any time from the upgrade screen. Google handles the proration: switching to a longer plan applies immediately with credit for the unused portion, and switching to a shorter one usually takes effect at the end of the current period.

8. Free Plan & Ads

The Free plan is free forever and is not time-limited. It shows a banner ad. Paid subscribers see no ads at all — while your subscription is active the app requests no ads and loads no ad code. See our Privacy Policy for what advertising involves.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Payment Policy, for example if pricing or plan durations change. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated before they take effect. Continued use of paid features after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

10. Contact Us
